Wedding Ceremony Policies - A 7-page document about the spiritual, legal and practical preparations for the marriage, about the nature and form of the wedding service, the vows and commitments to be made, and the resources of the church to assist in the fulfillment of these commitments.
Wedding Ceremony Application - Print out this form and fill it in. Then bring it to the church or mail it in. If you are not a member of the church, a deposit must accompany the form.
